PRESIDENT & CEO

Mitch has been the founding member/President of more than 20 startup companies in the past 35 years, several of those having become multi-million dollar organizations. In 1991 he started B&A Communications with just $6,000 and quickly built it up to enjoy revenues of more than $3 million per year, operating in 9 states with 15 employees.  Selling B&A Communications after 11 years proved to be a valuable and rewarding opportunity. He currently owns and operates, since 2009, Authentic Contracting Solutions (ACS), a commercial general contracting company, which has produced over $39 Million during the past 11 year.  Mitch acquired his first A-Affordable Storage facility in 2017 and currently has expanded that number to 7 with his 7th under construction and 3 more in the planning stages.  His company, CGB Management was formed to develop and manage these storage facilities.

 

Mitch has more than 18 years of experience managing commercial property damage recovery and reconstruction. He has consistently exceeded client expectations with proven ability in decision making and execution, and has successfully consulted on a variety of commercial and multi-family projects nationwide. In addition to ACS, he is President and CEO of MB Commercial Properties, which purchases, redevelops and resells revenue-generating properties and also owns and manages 2 income properties.  His demonstrated track record of successfully forecasting and predicting lucrative opportunities, along with his effective leadership and guidance skills, has driven each of his companies into thriving and profitable ventures.

 

Mitch is an aggressive promoter of his business endeavors, with a special awareness of the marketing, salesmanship and motivational aspects required to focus a team on the specific objectives required to achieve success. He is a graduate of several sales training, motivation and management courses.  Mitch is married with three children and resides in Mansfield, Texas.

Cody Neef, Construction Director

VICE PRESIDENT

Cody is Vice President of CGB Management as well as Authentic Contracting Solutions. As Vice President Cody oversees the entire development process of each project within the companies. Cody shares responsibility in site selection, feasibility studies, and is primarily responsible for project supervision and asset management of properties and projects for the companies. Since formation of CGB Management, Cody has been responsible for the development and construction of six A-Affordable Storage facilities around the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

 

Prior to his current position, Cody served as COO of CGB Management and Authentic Contracting Solutions where his responsibilities were project management and construction supervision for the general contracting company. Cody has completed over $27 million dollars worth of projects since joining CGB Management and Authentic Contracting Solutions.

 

Cody received his bachelors degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Cody is married with two children and resides in Midlothian, Texas.

Holli Scharfschwerdt, Accounting

ACCOUNTING

Holli is the Financial Analyst for all of CGB Management pursuits and the managed A-Affordable Storage facilities.  She works closely with Mitch on financial proformas used to raise capital and secure financial funding of each facility as well as corporate and investment strategy with the CGB Management development team.  As CFO, Holli is responsible for creating the partnership entities, maintaining corporate and operational books, Investor distributions, financial reporting, tax return preparation and maintaining bank relations.

 

Holli went to work with Authentic Contracting Solutions in 2012 with the responsibilities of establishing and maintaining the corporate accounting and financial systems for Authentic Contracting Solutions.  Before ACS, Holli established and owned her own company for 5 years and was the CFO and Senior Vice President of a large real estate development company in Dallas where she was responsible for establishing and maintaining the corporate bookkeeping and financial systems for over 100 limited partnerships with a combined cash portfolio of over $10.5 million with property values in excess of $300 million.

 

Holli resides in Midlothian, Texas with her husband and son while her grown children are raising a family of their own in the DFW surrounding areas.

John Hall

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

John is responsible for the operations side of CGB Management and Authentic Contracting Solutions.  He is responsible for the feasibility studies for pursuit of each investment as well as being responsible for all marketing and management of the A-Affordable Storage facilities in operation.  Prior to CGB Management, John joined Authentic Contracting Solutions in 2015 as their Sales Representative and successfully sold over $2M in jobs.

 

John worked in the technology industry for restaurants the prior 20 years as a regional manager for a couple of the largest point sale companies in the industry Sharp Electronics, Aloha/Radiant Systems (bought by NCR), and Squirrel Systems. As a regional manager in the value added reseller market for Radiant Systems he maintained quota of over 10 million dollars. John was always either top or second highest producer during his time with Radiant Systems. Before working in the point of sale industry, John work for EyeMasters now Vision Works, working his way from a part-time employee to a regional manger in first year with the company. Was responsible for West Texas market and later the Oklahoma market. During his time there two of his stores were consistently were in the top 10 in sales in the company.

 

John resides in Arlington, Texas and has been married to his wife for 25 years and they have one daughter who is married and lives in Waco.
